Good morning, WABBLES. It has been a doozy of a week, but do I have a forecast that will make you feel like you found the pot of gold yesterday. After seeing the whole kit and caboodle to start out our week, things get more stable and springy to end the week. Get those shorts back out, and let’s get into the forecast.

It’s almost here, folks (Tenor)!

Today’s Forecast

Today we endure one more day of this mess before we get to the good side of Mother Nature. I hope you’re ready for some warm air advection this morning, this will bring some light snow showers that will transition to rain. These will be out by the early afternoon hours, and with that so will the cloud cover. Today our temperatures will start out in the low 30’s and we’ll be pushing the upper 50’s by dinner time.

Some light scattered precipitation to kick off our morning (COD).

Spring is Right Around the Corner

Folks, I love being able to give you good news in a forecast. With spring coming up as we close out the week, these temperatures definitely got the memo. Thursday we’ll see some upper air action and warm air advection bring light scattered showers in the afternoon. Once these clear out it’s clear skies and highs in the mid 60’s closing out our day.

Some rain for our Thursday afternoon (COD).

WABBLES, if you didn’t think it could get better, it gets better. For our first day of spring, we are looking at a high of 75 degrees, and it looks like the sun may try to peak out through some cloudy skies. You all have been patient enough, and it has finally paid off. While I can’t promise it won’t be cold anymore, I think we’ve made it to the good side of Mother Nature in terms of temperatures.

Warmer temperatures are on the way, folks, I promise (COD).

For the chef’s kiss, we have a perfect weekend forecast. A weekend forecast that looks something like a BBQ and firepit, I’m talking highs in the low 80’s and sunny skies. With nightly lows in the mid to upper 50’s, to just add that cherry on top. Dewpoints will stay in the upper 50’s and low 60’s, so it won’t be muggy, just perfect.

This warming trend is expected to simmer down a little with temperatures getting closer to average to start out next week. Average temperatures for the area start to climb into the low 60s this time of year.

Each days high temperatures next week (DESI Meteorology)

WABBLES, that’s all the good news I could give you piled into one forecast. You all deserve it after all the March Madness weather that we have dealt with to start off our week. There is sunny and 75 on the way, as spring comes rolling into town. Follow our social media for timing on the leftover weather we will be having this morning. I hope you all have a great rest of your week.
