Well, I hope you’ve been enjoying the sunshine and mild temperatures outside. Old Man Winter is about to sock us with a cold front and remind us of what season we’re in. Don’t worry it’s only going to last a day right as we bounce right back. Let’s stop the blabbering and get right into this forecast.

Today’s Forecast
Today is when the fun begins starting out early today, we’ll see a cold front come sweeping through. We’re talking around 4AM this morning, where we will see some rain showers. Rain showers will become more scattered by the afternoon and transition to possible flurries by the evening hours.

Our high will actually be in the upper 40’s very early in the morning, but then as that cold front rushes through it’ll be in the upper 20’s by the evening hours.

Winter is Back, Maybe?
Thursday this wonderful cold air mass hangs around. WABBLES we’ll start our day out in the low 20’s, with windchills in the upper teens. If you were looking for a high note, it will be sunny. Our high will only reach about the low 30’s for tomorrow.

Closing out the week on Friday, you thought it was going to be cold didn’t you. Well, I have a surprise for you the high pressure holding this cold weather moves out and we start to get some warmer weather returning to the area by Friday afternoon. Firstly, we will have scattered snow showers Friday morning. We won’t see any accumulation from this system.

Looking at the weekend, we play this game again. Winter does show its face again with temperatures dropping out again. The Climate Prediction Center shows that heading into next week we will be below average for this time of year, which for this time of year is in the mid 40’s. With this high pressure of colder air things look to get quieter looking at the weekend.

WABBLES, winter is about to come back to town and you’re going to want to pull out that heavier jacket and leave it out. While the rain this morning will be about the most action we get over the next few days but stay up to date with our Twitter. Stay warm out there folks and we’ll catch you on the flip flop.
