WABBLES, I know you’ve been shivering every time you go out to car lately. I do have some good news on the way we will actually be above average for a day or two, but mother nature is playing with us like we are her puppets. Let’s get right into this “best guess on how to dress” forecast.
Today’s Weather
To kick off the day if you’re wearing a hat it is not across the county line, as wind gusts upwards of 25-30mph give us a wakeup call. We’re also going to be looking at some light showers this morning entering WABBLES after 8am and leaving heading into the afternoon. The fun part about today is our high will be in the upper 40’s, that sounds like we’re getting somewhere. Until you realize cold front will smack through in the afternoon and that high is at noon and it just gets colder.
Put those temperatures on repeat
That’s right folks it’s like your Spotify wrapped but for temperatures. You listened to Mother Nature screwing up planning your outfits for the week too many times. I hope you enjoyed the taste of above average temperatures because our high tomorrow will be right around 40. The sun will be trying to peak its way through so there’s a plus at least.
Now I know the weather weenies have been saying things about some snow tomorrow night and while they’re not technically wrong. Seeing a trace of snow is on the high end of the scale for this, and it’s looking like for most of us it may even be some more rain.
Of course, after a chance for some snow we’ve got to crank the heat up. That’s exactly what happens with our Friday, as temperatures will reach the low 50’s. You thought that was all the excitement not with these temperatures will then drop back down into the 40’s for our evening.
To cap off a roller coaster ride of temperatures we’ll see another cold front swing through heading into the weekend. Keep those winter jackets ready because it isn’t going to get much better.
WABBLES, this is Kentucky weather at its finest going through the seven stages of grief.
