Friday Weather Gauntlet
Most of us will start our morning commute with hazy skies from wildfire smoke. Sunny skies with temps in the 90s as the heat index values jump into the triple digits set the stage for the slight risk, we’ll be under for today. 7-9 mph southern winds will shift west as we head into the afternoon hours.
Starting the weekend off with more chances of Severe Weather (SPC)
Chances of Showers and thunderstorms increase as we head into the afternoon hours with a 5-8mph eastern wind. Sky conditions will clear with calm winds for our Friday night leaving us partly cloudy skies and temps in the 70s.
Severe Weather Round 2
Saturday will kick off yet another day of severe weather with WABBLES falling under a slight risk again. 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms with highs closing in on the triple digits. Southern winds shifting to the west at 6-8mph may give us a cool breeze but keep an umbrella close for dark skies on the horizon.

Storm chances remain 50% as we head into our overnight hours with temps dropping to the 70s. a tenth to a quarter inch of rain with possible higher amounts for our Saturday before turning over to mostly cloudy skies for our early morning hours.

Lazy Day with Rain on the way
You might want to put the Sunday drive on hold with showers and thunderstorms likely for our area. Partly cloudy skies with temps in the 90s and precipitation chances at 70%, dropping to 60% as we head through the day. Mostly cloudy skies with temps in the 70s for our overnight as chances for showers continue into the next week.
