WedneSDAY Weather

Today we finally get some relief from the frozen tundra. With a high that is slightly warmer than yesterday, sitting around 30 degrees. While wind chills may still be a factor early morning today, we may see some single digit wind chills. However, these will warm up as we move towards the afternoon. You’re still going to want to pack that extra layer before you head off to work.

We see this stable pattern continue over the next several days over WABBLES. Especially today we see plenty of sunshine today and wind gust between 10-15 mph. The temperature will drop into the low 20’s moving into tonight.

Will this cold stick around

Looking at tomorrow we see this warming continue with the high pushing into the upper 30’s. Wind chills will still make it a bit chillier out there with feels like temperatures in the low 20’s. Plenty on sunshine on the menu for our Thursday, however.

Friday while it will be a bit cooler with the high in the low 30’s, this stable air pattern continues with mostly sunny skies. Wind chills look to be a bit colder as well in the upper teens to low 20’s.

Now what’s next WABBLES? Well, you’re in luck because we continue to warm up and we could even get much closer to our average temperature into the weekend. This looks to continue when we look at The Climate Prediction Center with more near normal temperatures into next week.

With that we look to remain relatively dry here in WABBLES over the next week. With near normal precipitation amounts there is not much of a chance for anything as this stable air pattern sets up. Make sure to stay updated with us in case this changes closer to the weekend.
