Good morning folks! I hope everyone is doing well out there across WABBLES. We have a rainy and stormy day ahead of us.
Stormy Wednesday & Thursday
The word of the day is stormy as we have multiple rounds of rain and storms on the way to last into tomorrow. We should have some steady waves of rain and storms as we go into the afternoon with a more substantial break as we go into the overnight.
The SPC is keeping WABBLES in a Marginal (level 1/5) risk for severe weather today. This is a wind driven risk with a nonzero threat for hail and tornadoes.
Thursday will be similar to today with multiple rounds of rain and storms starting very early in the morning and lasting into the night when a cold front cuts off storm chances.
Most of WABBLES is under another Marginal (level 1/5) risk for severe weather for Thursday. This is once again another wind driven risk with a low, but nonzero risk for tornadoes and hail.
Overall, the storm chances today and tomorrow is not something to be overly concerned about. As always, we have a plan in case severe weather occurs but we hope it doesn’t.
That will be all for today folks! I hope everyone can stay dry and safe out there today. For the latest on the upcoming weather, I recommend y’all give us a follow on our social media accounts @wxornotBG.
