Today

A dense fog advisory is in effect until around 10am this morning. Today we will start off relatively dry with a few patches of light rain in the area. As the day progresses, so do the rain chances! Any afternoon activates I would be sure to grab that rain coat or umbrella. Skies will remain mostly cloudy throughout the day with a high near 52 and a low around 44. Here comes the sun though on Sunday!

Anticipated precipitation Saturday evening (Pivotal weather)

Sunday

The day will start off with mostly cloudy skies but eventually that sun starts to peak through in the afternoon. We are expecting skies to remain dry with temperatures in the mid-50s. Sunday evening, partly cloudy will role in with a slight breeze from the northeast. Low temperature near 37. Due to an upper level ridge pushing into our area Sunday evening, this will help keep us dry through Monday!

Anticipated Temperature (pivotal weather).

Monday

The start of the next work week is setting up to be gorgeous. Mostly sunny skies will be the dominate weather feature with temperatures in the mid-50s. It will be a pleasant December day for those of you that need to get work done outside! Monday evening those clouds start to roll back in as we get our next set up for soggy weather on Tuesday.

Weather fronts and precip type (WPC)

Mid-Week

Starting Tuesday of next week, that upper level ridge is getting pushed out and our next low pressure system is racing towards us. As a result, Tuesday could bring some heavy rainfall with some areas seeing up to 2 inches of rain! Wednesday morning our next cold front pushes through, this could lead to some more soggy weather early with lingering showers throughout mid-morning. By Wednesday afternoon we should start to see some more dry periods with temperature dipping down into mid-30s during the night.

WPC outlook for mid-week.
