Today
As you head outside the door this morning expect temperatures in the lower 70’s and partly cloudy skies. Later this afternoon temperatures will slowly creep into the upper 70s and lower 80s in some areas. Along with the cooler temperatures, we are seeing much drier air today with dew points in the lower 60s. This will help the air outside feel less sticky and muggy.
Saturday
If you are trying to make plans for Saturday, the weather is looking quite pleasant! With high pressure dominating much of the area, we are expecting mostly sunny skies. and below normal temperatures with a high around the mid-80s. Dipping into the mid 60s once that sun goes down. If you want to do any outside activities I would do them Saturday because on Sunday things start to change.
Sunday
By time Sunday roles around, we start to see a slight chance for some pop-up rain showers and thunderstorms. As of right now the possibility for showers and thunderstorms is around 20 percent. We will keep a close eye on how the models change over the next two days. For those of you who do not see rain, we are expecting most of the area to be under sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 80s.
