Good morning everyone! Unfortunately we are off to a wet start this week. Although today there is a chance for rain, the good news is the rest of the week is shaping up much better. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will gradually move through today, before dangerous heat & humidity ramp back up.
For today, expect showers and isolated thunderstorms to linger throughout area. The greatest chance for these showers to develop are this morning and into the late afternoon. As we head into the evening, showers and the possibility for thunderstorms start to decrease. Today expect a high near 84, and a low around 70.
The lingering showers should be out of the area after Monday night creating much drier conditions for Tuesday and Wednesday. We will start to see the temperature increase as we continue through the week. There is a slight chance for a quick pop up shower Wednesday evening. Tuesday high temperatures are expected to be near 91 and Wednesday a high near 97.
