Warm Saturday, With Rain Chances Increasing

Happy Saturday! It is a wonderful weekend, and I hope that this forecast finds you relaxing near family and friends. Much of today is looking nice, but it is deceiving. We’re looking at a warm Saturday, with rain chances increasing.

Spring-like Day in Store

Mostly sunny, with increasing clouds. High 67°F. Rain chances increase tonight, with a low of 46°F.

Well, the day part of today is looking surprisingly nice! We have a low pressure system moving quickly eastward to our north, and it is dragging a cold front towards us as it moves.

That front will approach with clouds and rain, and then usher in cold air. h/t WPC

Ahead of this, strong southwesterly flow will develop and create one of the nicer days in quite sometime!

Highs look to get into the mid and upper 60s today! h/t COD Weather

Highs will rise quickly into the mid and possibly even upper 60s with 25-30 mph wind gusts expected across the region, and plentiful sunshine. It really does look nice outside.

Clouds and rain will begin approaching the region with the cold front by this evening, with rain falling for much of the night tonight.

The front should push through, bringing much cooler temps to the region.

Gloomy Easter

Mostly cloudy skies and periodic rainfall. Highs around 50°F and falling.

Unfortunately, Easter looks really bland and gloomy. It will be cloudy much of the day, with periods of light to moderate rainfall throughout the day.

The best chances for rainfall will occur Sunday morning and then again late afternoon and overnight on Easter.

Easter’

With the front to our south in Tennessee, we’ll have clouds socking us in to cooler highs, likely in the upper 40s for any afternoon Easter Egg hunts you may be doing.

But if you just want to stay inside and celebrate the day with family and friends, then this weather will be pretty much perfect for it.

Warmer Monday

Partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies, with highs around 56°F. Clouds remain overnight, with the low around 55°F.

A strong low pressure system will be developing to our west by Monday afternoon, with the front that drops to our south tonight coming back northward as a warm front.

This looks to occur by mid-late afternoon on Monday, with temperatures rising through the night. The high will be hit before midnight on Tuesday, with the low at midnight.

Clouds will remain prevalent, but this is really setting Tuesday to be a nice day.
