Beautiful Today, Slight Disturbance Tomorrow

Good morning, South Central Kentucky! Today, those dry, comfortable conditions plan to stick around for WABBLES. If you can, get outdoors, because you won’t be wanting to tomorrow with widespread showers expected.

Look at the fog we captured on our Skycams yesterday!

Another Beautiful Day Ahead

Today, there is a lot going on as far as surface analysis goes, as you can see in the graphic below. However, the key features to focus on for us are the sister high pressure systems that continue to linger over the Midwest. We will see these once more influence our forecast.

In other words, we have yet another beautiful day ahead of us! We will see temperatures rise to the upper 70’s and fall to the upper 50’s. Paired with low amounts of moisture in our atmosphere, it will be comfortable outside.

There will not be many clouds in the sky at all, so soak up the sunshine while you can, as there will not be much for tomorrow to offer. Throughout the day, light breezes will be present, only adding to the pleasantness of the forecast.

Tomorrow, Not So Much

Tomorrow, the forecast will contrast with what is in store for us today. A cold front will be passing through in the morning, bringing about chances for widespread showers across our area.

As shown above, these may start as soon as the day starts for most of our viewers, and the chance for them will be present throughout the entirety of the day and even into the early hours of Friday. Once these pass, beautiful weather will make a comeback for the weekend.

That’s all for today, folks! We hope you get the chance to get outdoors today! Follow us on our other social platforms (Twitter / Facebook / Instagram) for more.
