Good morning! Hope you all had a great weekend. We have an extremely nice week in store for us. Our region’s forecast is clear and sunny all week.
Currently, temperatures are in the high-50s to low-60s, making for a great morning commute.
Today’s high temperature is expected to hit around 80° with northwest winds throughout the day. A high-pressure system will be lingering over the Midwest and Ohio River Valley; a big reason why the skies will be clear and sunny all week.
Tonight, temperatures will drop to the low-60s and the winds will pick up.
Tomorrow is going to be really similar to today’s forecast. The temperature is expected to increase into the mid-80s and skies will be clear and sunny. Light winds will take place throughout the day. As the night draws near, temperatures will decrease into the low-60s. Another great day and night for outdoor activities.
Wednesday will continue the clear and sunny trend for the week. Temperatures will rise and level out around 80°. For the night, temperatures will fall into the low-60s. The dew points will be relatively low, causing a drier environment. Dry heat is more comfortable than humid heat, I’d take that any day.
Clear and Sunny All Week
As the high pressure moves to the east, its clockwise winds will then be carrying moist and hot air into our area. The overall temperatures for the end of the week will rise into the high-80s. The winds from the Gulf will also mean humid air, creating uncomfortable heat for the end of your week. Make sure to keep cool and have a nice, air-conditioned place nearby.
That is all I have for you today. You all have a great day and enjoy this nice week of weather; it’s going to be a great week.
