Out of the sunshine of yesterday afternoon a couple of thunderstorms were able to bubble up and prevent us from warming up too much and a few more will be possible this morning. After that? Absolutely great weather to finish the weekend!
Even so, we’re not totally counting out rain chances today. What’s left of last night’s storms from west of us will try to give us a few showers this morning as the cold front moves through the region.
Behind it, we’ll clear out and get to enjoy breezy northwesterly winds as high pressure builds in to end the weekend and start the work week off right.
We’ll top out around 83º for a high tomorrow, maybe even a touch higher if we can clear out earlier. The humidity will drop too, making it start to feel wonderful outside. Lower humidity will also allow our lows at night to fall to around 60º.
Do It All Again on Monday
We’ll keep it beautiful…that’s gotta help with the Monday blues.
Highs will only be around 80º, with low humidity and sunny skies. It’s going to be one of those days to maybe take lunch outside and enjoy the late spring feel without feeling sticky when you get back in. Nighttime lows drop to around 58º with more mostly sunny skies.
Alright, Who Put the Playlist on Repeat?
Another nice day comes our way on Tuesday…even though you might need a light jacket out the door.
We will start to gradually warm up as that high pressure slowly creeps off to the east, giving us southwesterly winds. Still, we’ll keep the humidity low and the high around 82º, so there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Nighttime lows once again hover around 60º, so keep the light jacket on hand for Wednesday morning.
That just about does it for me! Follow our live weather feed @wxornotbg for the latest. Have a terrific Sunday!
