A rainy day is in store across the region today. A weak area of low pressure located to the south is overspreading the region with rain this morning.
Rain will continue throughout the day, making for pretty dreary conditions. Highs will top out in the upper 60s under the abundant clouds and rain.
Rain will continue into the evening and early overnight hours before clearing out some around midnight. Overnight lows will drop into the low to mid 50s.
A much nicer day is store for Sunday. Temperatures should warm into the upper 70s to around 80° under mostly sunny skies and westerly winds.
A weak cold front will approach the region from the north during the evening and overnight hours. An isolated shower or storm may be possible Sunday afternoon before a greater chance of showers and storms arrive during the late evening and overnight hours. Lows will drop into the mid 50s.
Even Better Monday
The cold front should push to the southeast of the region by Monday morning. This will set up a nice Monday across the area as highs warm into the low 70s under mostly sunny skies in the afternoon. Monday night lows drop into the low 50s.
