A Flood Watch has been issued and remains in effect until 6 PM Thursday. If you come to a flooded roadway, please do not try to cross it.
A rainy day is forecast for Wednesday. Though, we may see some breaks in the persistent rain around the noon hours. Highs will top out in the low 60s. Just kind of a bleh day today.
Rain will pick back up again this evening and continue into the overnight hours. Lows will drop into the mid 50s.
Cold Front Thursday
The rain will stick around for the first part of the day on Thursday. A cold front should push through the region in the early afternoon, signaling an end to the rain. Highs will top out in the low 60s once again before the cold front pushes through. Gusty winds will also be possible throughout the day.
Partly cloudy skies will move in behind the front Thursday night. Overnight lows will drop back into the mid 30s.
A cooler day is forecast Friday as highs top out in the low 50s despite mostly sunny skies. We’ll likely dip below freezing Friday night given clear skies and calm winds.
