Wednesday Noon Update

Update: It’s hot. Temperature’s are already in the upper 80s across the region. With dew point temperatures in the low to mid 70s, it feels more like 95° out there. Conditions will just get hotter throughout the day, so stay hydrated if you’re outside!

Looking at the White Squirrel Weather NestCam, partly cloudy skies are forming across the region, just as expected. Partly cloudy skies should remain in place for the rest of the day.

A few very isolated showers are forming across portions of middle Tennessee and far western Kentucky. We’ll have to see how much more numerous they become in the afternoon, because a few models indicate that isolated showers and storms will form during the heat of the day.

Any isolated showers or storms that do form should weaken during the evening hours. Thus, just partly cloudy to mostly clear skies are expected overnight as lows drop to around 75°.

As always, be sure to follow @wxornotBG and @WKUweather for the latest Bowling Green weather information. Have a great afternoon!
