Real Time Bowling Green Weather Radar:
Today 3/7 – Mostly Cloudy; Isolated Sprinkles; Windy – High 72° / Tonight – Mostly Cloudy – Low 51°
First of all, TGISB! (Thank God it’s Spring Break)
A small disturbance is impacting the region today. This small disturbance will cause enough lift for pretty widespread cloud coverage around the area. A few brief showers and sprinkles may be possible throughout the day. Strong southwest flow in the low to mid levels will lead to soaring temperatures. Highs will be around 72° today.
Conditions will also be a bit on the windy side. Sustained wind speeds of up to 15 mph will be possible, with gusts as high as 25 to 30 mph possible.
Tonight will bring mostly cloudy skies to the region with a low around 51°.
Tuesday 3/8 – Partly Cloudy – High 75° / Tues Night – Mostly Cloudy – Low 57°
Southerly flow will continue on Tuesday. This will lead to almost a carbon copy forecast for Monday, but without rain chances. Partly cloudy skies seem possible throughout the day. Highs will be around 75°. Conditions will not be as windy with sustained winds around 10 mph and gusts as high as 20 to 25 mph. Not much to complain about here!
Tuesday night will once again bring an increase of clouds to the region. This will be accompanied by lows in the mid to upper 50s.
Wednesday 3/9 – Partly Cloudy – High 77° / Wed Night – Mostly Cloudy – Low 58°
Wednesday will bring the strongest southerly flow of the week. Increasing speed in the low to mid levels will also bring us the warmest day of the week, and potentially of 2016. Under partly cloudy skies, highs will be in the mid to upper 70s across the region! Wind conditions should remain identical to that from Tuesday. Three days of beautiful weather in a row got me like…
Wednesday night will being mostly cloudy skies and lows in the upper 50s.
That should wrap up this forecast. Be sure to follow @WxOrNotBG for the latest Bowling Green weather information. Have a great day!
